In the era of knowledge economy, the development of enterprises cluster has played tremendous role on promoting regional economic development..Knowledge spillover effect comes into being along with the emergence of knowledge and become much stronger while knowledge is considered as an inseparable factor of production inputs. And its main functions to the economy lie on industrial restructuring and core competitiveness by adding fortune through knowledge innovation.Firstly, this thesis defined knowledge spillovers in industrial clusters, collective learning impact factors, collective learning process concept connotation, and then combines the industry cluster-based learning process create a cluster influencing factors model for knowledge spillovers. The model consists of three parts, first, the initial variables of the model, which includes collective learning of environmental factors, structural factors and behavioral factors. Second, the mediating variables of the model, which include knowledge transfer, knowledge transformation and knowledge harvest. Third, the results of the model variables, which include impact in the cluster gradient of the learning process of knowledge spillovers. Collective learning factors not directly work on knowledge spillovers, them play a role by mediating variables cluster learning. I used SPSS software to analysis questionnaire in Wuhan industrial clusters, used factor analysis to filter various variables, through the correlation analysis to make sure the relationship between the initial variables and mediating variables, mediating variables and outcome variables, Finally, through the way of regression analysis, I found the causality between variables.Conclusion:environmental factors has a positive impact on collective learning knowledge transfer, transform and harvest effect; structural factors has a positive impact on collective learning knowledge transfer effect, transform and harvest effect; behavioral factors has a positive impact on collective learning knowledge transfer effect, but does not have a positive impact on the transform and harvest effect; the collective learning knowledge transfer, knowledge transform, knowledge harvest has a positive effect on knowledge spillovers effects. |
