Problems And Solutions Of Huludao Rural Electric Power Enterprise Financial Management

China is a large agricultural country, electricity consumption between rural and urban is still huge, in order to promote rural development, our country put forward a strategic plan of building new countryside, this strategy put forward higher requirements to rural power companies. In order to adapt to the needs of rural electric power development, market-oriented development of rural power companies is the trend. At present, there are still many problems in rural power enterprise financial management, and enterprises cannot adapt to the market-oriented development, to further strengthen the financial management of rural power has great significance.This article studied the financial management of Huludao rural power companies. This article is divided into five parts:the first chapter of the article is the introduction. In this part, author describes the background, the meaning and the purpose of this study. Chapter two of the article is an overview of the basic theory of financial management. This part defines the concept of enterprise financial management and its characteristics; focus of this part is on the content and methods of enterprise financial analysis, and the importance of enterprises financial management. Chapter three analyzed the situation of the Huludao rural power enterprise financial management. The article analyzed the internal and external environment of the Huludao rural power company, introduced the profile of the company, and explained the financial situation of the Huludao rural power enterprises. Chapter four is the problems and reasons of the Huludao rural power enterprise financial management. The article analyzed them from all aspects. Chapter five puts forward the solutions of these problems in the financial management of the Huludao rural power enterprise. The strategies are mainly included:deepening structural reforms, strengthening asset management. building good financial staff, carrying out the standard financial building, strengthen budget management etc. This article is aimed to provide references for corporate decision makers and managers of state-owned assets through the study on the Huludao rural power system financial management. The main methods used in this paper are normative theory analysis, interviews, and document analvsis.
