With the rapid development of national economy,accelerating urbanization,China’s real estate market anomalies prosperity,become a pillar industry of the national economy,industry market competition becomes increasingly fierce.Is in the real eatate industru,scale,and brand to the standardization of the period,the transformation to development enterprise in the fierce competition in the market,will dominate must develop a series of complete and scitable for its actual situation development strategy,and in its own operations executive strategy and evaluation adjusement strategy.This paper based on the current real estate industry status,explore the operation in real estate enterprise developing process,according to their own internal or external environment develop strategies,the promotion enterprise’s contend for power.It’s extremely urgent for Henan A Group, which is among the first batch of enterprises growing on the saline-alkali soil, to plan and optimize resource allocation of the Group as a whole and enhance corporate competitiveness under these double pressures. Formulating the enterprise development strategy of A Group becomes the prerequisite for sustainable development of enterprise.In this paper, it re-examines the development track and direction of the Group in the general environment by taking Henan A Group as object of study and combining the concept of strategic management of enterprise learnt with actual situation of company, combines the medium-term planning objectives and long-term planning objectives with actual situation, collates the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses faced, gives the diversification strategy, specialization strategy, centralization strategy and differentiation strategy suitable for Henan A Group and provides safeguard measures of strategy implementation as well as information construction, regional focus, brand building, human resource support and strategic alliance issues, that should be paid attention to, by using SWOT for analysis. The last part of this paper refers to strategic evaluation so as to further improve and promote the sustainable development of A Group, as a real estate enterprise.
