It concentrated in the areas between urban and rural, between regions, between the monopoly and non-monopoly and a large number of illegal income. Its influence is all-around, not only influence the driving force of economic development, damage to social fairness and justice, but also influence the harmony and stability of the society and the realization of the goal of common prosperity. It is also a serious challenge to the government’s ruling ability. For these how to gradually get rid of the unfair income distribution problem? To get rid of this problem is the need of highlighting the fair justice, realizing the common prosperity, and as well as the building of socialist harmonious society.The government must practice the idea of people-oriented, take efficiency and fairness into account, persist in the basic economic system of our country and the corresponding distribution according to work as the main body, a variety of modes of distribution coexist distribution system, using a variety of methods such as democracy and legal system, multibarrel falls together, and gradually to get rid of the dual economic structure, break industry monopoly, giving each element possessory rights and equal participation chance in market competition, safeguard the opportunity of fairness and justice, and use the government’s macro-control policy to guarantee results relatively fair.This paper insists on the guidance of the thought of Marxist basic principles and absorbs and draws lessons from the predecessor research results as foundation and uses the distributive justice thought to discuss the inequitable distribution reality.
