China’s economic and social development process, entrepreneurial activities aremore and more people pay close attention to. According to statistics, the world’s top500enterprises of the average life span of40years, but in China, the average life expectancyof500strong companies than this average value should be short, only11years. Mediumand small-sized enterprises is more poor, the average life expectancy is only less than3years. In particular, experienced2008world financial crisis, many enterprises in thecritical vortex collapse. The turbulent social economic environment, environmentalfactors of uncertainty, so that more enterprises are facing a crisis. In this case, how toface, how to realize the sustainable development, strong oneself, increase life span, tobecome more business enterprises are facing the urgent need to solve the problem.Innovation, enterprises improve their competitiveness has been an effective weapon. Inthis condition, the large number of SMEs, due to the lack of large enterprise resource,capability and market forces, they successfully or not, depends largely on the formationand implementation of the appropriate strategy to cope with the challenges in businessenvironment. Many of the strategic management experts agree, for the success of theorganization development and growth, especially small and medium enterprises, canachieve a qualitative leap, to entrepreneurship oriented to the development of enterprisestrategy is very necessary. Therefore, entrepreneurial activity for small andmedium-sized enterprises are facing competition to find opportunities, integration ofresources, so as to obtain sustainable competitive advantage is very necessary. Small andmedium enterprises with the development of flexibility, adaptability, the futuredevelopment of uncertainty. This paper discusses the small and medium-sized enterprisein entrepreneurial orientation on the entrepreneurial performance has significantinfluence.This study first of entrepreneurship research reviewing the related theories ofentrepreneurship, performance measurement and influence factors were reviewed andsummarized, and discusses emphatically the dimensions of entrepreneurial orientationand entrepreneurial performance dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation respectively,then, the relationship between each dimension, it proposes the relevant hypothesis. According to the hypothesis of questionnaire design and survey, using SPSS software forthe questionnaire data for statistical analysis, using the descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis methods this paper studiesvalidate the model. Finally, the result of hypothesis testing to carry on the discussion andthe analysis, obtains the main conclusions, and gives some suggestions. This studydemonstrated that most of the assumptions, the main conclusions are as follows:entrepreneurial orientation including innovation, leading action and risk taking in threedimensions. Entrepreneurial performance including task performance and contextualperformance two dimension. And the correlation between variables of the internaldimension. Conclusion: Entrepreneurial orientation on the entrepreneurial performancehas significant influence.The research on small and medium enterprises in Shenyang city for thequestionnaire, and make statistical analysis, and gives relevant suggestion.
