The rapid development of the science and technology has contributed to today’sinternet era in the globalization of trade and information convenient. The developmentof IT industry needs high-tech protection and needs abundant professional forresearch and innovation. The core competition is technology professionals in the finalanalysis. The development of IT industry takes of their technology and ability tocreate value for the enterprises in order to stand to develop steadily and healthily inthe fierce competition. The managers are continuing to explore the management ideato adapt to this trend. How to effectively guide technical employees’ identity andreduce negative emotions and behavior is worth thinking of managers.Organizational identification and job burnout has gradually become a hot spot inthe study of organizational behavior and human resource management. The study hasused theoretical analysis methods to sort out relevant literature, and proposed theresearch hypothesis on this basis. It has used the suitable Chinese organizationalidentification scale and job burnout scale in the empirical research method for ITtechnical employees in Dalian to carry on the investigation and to organize thecollections of data to describe, and test the reliability and validity of the differences,and relationships of inspection of the sample.Questionnaire results have been analyzed statistically.Verification conclusions:(1)The degree of organizational identification of IT technical staff is not deep,and the degree of job burnout is deep in Dalian relatively.(2)Organizational identification and job burnout of different individual factorshave a certain degree of difference.(3)Three dimensions of organization identification have obvious anti-effect ofthe work alienation.(4)Evaluative identification and cognitive identification have obvious anti-effectof the low sense of achievement.(5)Organizational identification don’t have anti-effect of emotional exhaustion,itmerely confirmed that they have a certain degree of correlation.
