Company A Cost Control Method

The thesis is made at the background that a company of the telecommunications industry who provides hardware and software products to TV stations and Telecom companies. It wants to improve the cost control process in the company, and give out some suggestions for those enterprises with the similar situation.Based on cost and real working process statistics data, investigation of the working process was kicked off, shortcomings were found as:No budgetary of over-all process was made; Lack of risk item(s) consideration(s) in detail arrangement; Unreasonable human resources structure and No incentive system established. All these will made the cost loose control and low performance. Suggestions point at optimize current process to avoid above shortcomings were given. In those suggestions, Balanced Score Card was promoted for establishing incentive system, as well as a practical tool for all positions.
