Electronic manufacturing enterprises should offer many kinds of products, to meetthe diverse needs of the market. More kinds of products means that the multi-projectmanagement, actually the enterprise resources are limited, must have a suitable method forthe allocation of resources to keep the multi-project running smoothly. Through theanalysis of the multi-project management environment of electronic manufacturingindustry, the current methods cannot meet the customer requirements to multi-projects, norin the allocation of resources to pay attention to the characteristics of different customersdemand, make all kinds of resources to different projects in different customer instaggered arrangement, increase the resource conflict occurrence, and also find that is notconducive to resource coordination and shared between the different projects.Base on the actual situation of electronic manufacturing enterprises and consideringthe characteristics of the customers with project management environment, this paper willfocus on the allocation of human resources. Through the analysis of the current resourceallocation problem, put forward the key project resource group management method basedon the customer-oriented and application of chain management method to do the resourceallocation for the enterprise resource optimization.In the first step, through analyzed the relationship between the customer and projectmanagement, advocate to do the project resource allocation according to the targetcustomer requirement, and establish the customer-oriented project resource groupingmanagement model with the specific application steps. This paper makes the detailedanalysis, and gives the specific application step for grouping resources with the relatedkey points. In order to avoid the resource conflict between the different customers and different projects, to facilitate the realization of resource coordination in the samecustomer projects and sharing together, improve the overall efficiency of the enterpriseresources, but also to facilitate further resource allocation.Second step, focus on resource allocation under the project group, propose to applythe critical chain method to establish the projects schedule, including of resourceconfiguration. In this paper, just do the according definition and adjustment about themulti-projects priority and task time reduction, based on the characteristics of theelectronics manufacturing industry, also established the detailed steps to apply this methodon the projects resource allocation. In order to realize the resources in the specificactivities of the project task allocation, avoiding the occurrence of resource conflict.During the method study, use the specific example to prove the proposed method ispractical and effective to solve the problem of resource allocation in multi-projectsmanagement.
