Path Dependence Perspective Of Urban And Rural Old-age Insurance System For Docking

More or less there is a certain path dependency that is difficult to achieve the purpose of promoting the harmonious development of the social security system,especially the path of urban and rural old-age insurance choice. This paper based on the new institutional economics "path dependence" theory to explore the issue of urban and rural old-age insurance system for the docking problem in order to put forward some suggestions.This thesis consists of four parts. The introduction describes the purpose and meaning, combes the literature and defines the basic concept.To the question part of the second part of the thesis describes the development and application of the theoretical basis of the pension insurance system for urban and rural docking and path dependency theory, outlines the policy and theoretical development of the urban and rural pension insurance system;Based on the course of development of urban and rural old-age insurance system,The third part analyzes the performance of urban-rural the old insurance system for docking path dependence and analyzes the specific reasons to produce path-dependent;The fourth section presents the recommendations of the docking improve urban and rural old-age insurance system on basis of path dependency theory.Finally,In this paper, based on path dependency theory,To eliminate the urban-rural split of the pension insurance in China, we should be built with wide coverage, low-level, sustainable, mandatory features of the basic pension insurance system to protect all citizens the most basic living needs on basis of the reflection of existing basic pension insurance system.
