The Economic Development Difference Analysis And Countermeasures Of Central Regionl In China

After30years of Reform and Opening-up, China’s comprehensive national strength have continuously enhanced and created a miracle of world growth. Chinese gradual reform makes the eastern coastal developed regions won the priority development of opportunity,the general regional economy pattern in China appears characteristic:"east high, middle and west low". China regional economic development the unbalance of CPC central committee has attracted attention, in order to promote the balanced development of regional economy in China, the central implemented "Develop-The-West""Rejuvenating The Northeastern China""rising in central China" development strategy. In recent years, the six provinces of central China’s economic development has made good progress, but the six provinces of central China’s economic development gap between the overall competitiveness of central relatively weak, the internal regional economic difference in six provinces of central China is remarkable.In this paper,throught qualitative and empirical analysis,the absolute index and relative index analysis in this paper shows that the six provinces of central China1997-2007regional economic absolute deviation present stages of enlarging trend, while the six provinces of central China the relative difference between economic development but show relative national level and steadiness. Through the THEIL index analysis shows that the1997-2007, the central regions economic overall difference change present nonlinear characteristics, expand and narrow appears alternately, overall appeared on the smooth-narrowing-expand-narrowing-smooth change processes. The six provinces of central China provincial economic differences between provinces, gradually expand internal economic difference gradually diminishing,1997-2004central area of overall economic differences consists mainly of provinces, internal economic difference from2004to2007this difference between mainly by provincial economic differences. The central regions economic growth convergence analysis indicates that:1997-2007the central regions economic growth there is no absolute sigma-convergent, existing beta conditional convergence, influence its convergence of dynamic variables have industrialization, urbanization, and innovation ability, openness, informationization, through controlling these variables, central provinces can realize economic convergence.In order to further analysis on regional economy in central regional, through the reason for the difference between the six provinces of central China1998-2008physical capital, the per capita GDP per capita of human capital investment and the correlation between the central area of study found:physical capital and human capital investment to promote economic growth, overall:human capital investment than mere physical capital investment on economic stimulative effect more apparent. Among them:HeNan physical capital investment and economic growth are causality, JiangXi, HuBei, HuNan, ShanXi substance capital investment is the reason of economic growth; Overall central area of manpower capital investment is the reason of economic growth. The six provinces of central China in physical capital and human capital exist on a difference. Through constructing structure equation model of the central regions economic differences path analysis shows that regional economy in central area differences consists mainly of human capital, the technological progress and interregional contact, public system elements such as interaction, including the short term formed technological progress differences are caused by the central development the main causes for the difference, but in the long run public system differences are the key factors.
