Communication Skills Evaluation System Research Of NLP-style Based On AHP

With the rapid economic development of modern society, work and life areconstantly accelerating the pace. Indoorsman and indoorswoman are not random toappear, so communication has become an urgent problem of modern society, while thelevel of communication skills has became an important indicator of the futuredevelopment of every company, meantime, the evaluation of communication skills hasbecome a very difficult problem to every modern enterprise.The communication research has a long history, the research of communicationmode also has experienced the traditional linear model、cybernetic model and socialsystem theory model. Linear model is mainly about Lasswell’s5W mode, that is“Who�'Says what�'In Which Channel�'To whom�'With what effects”. It stressesthat information is transfered to the recipient in accordance with linear process notfeedback; it is mainly that Augustus turned the communication mode to the two-waycycle control theory model until the1950s，it focused on internal analysis to solve thestructural problems of communication; Marlene Cike presented the social systemmodel about communication until1963, based on a whole society background toresearch, he analyzed and solved the communication problem of external conditionsabout communication. Recently, as the systems theory constantly penetrated in variousdisciplines and the research went deep into the communication theory and practice,people deeply studied about the nature of communication ability and its structure.In this study, the paper focuses on the evaluation of communication ability,combines Neuro-Linguistic Programming(NLP) of the most practical significance inmodern psychology with the results of previous studies, and explores thecommunication ability evaluation mode and its structure to achieve the following goals:firstly, guiding and constructing communication ability evaluation structure modewhich makes use of the system theory as a methodology and NLP as a tool; secondly,checking and evaluating the communication ability evaluation structure mode..Specifically, it includes four sections about this research: No.1, researchingcommunication ability evaluation structure mode creatively based on results ofprevious and Neuro Linguistic Programming(NLP); No.2, exploring communication evaluation structure composition and setting up the index evaluation system; No.3,drawing up measurement questionnaire with good reliability and validity; No.4,through exploring communication structure composition, based on previous researchresults, setting up communication effect assessment system based on the analytichierarchy process (AHP), and combining with examples and evaluating the feasibilityand operability of NLP communication mode. The system is constructed from function,the structure would break through the previous research limitations of Trait theory’splanar stacked, thus communication structure can reflect integrity, conversion propertyand open property, so this will improve communication theory to deepen theunderstanding of communication activity rules and enrich communication abilityinternal mechanism theory.
