The servo system is the core component of the motion control system automation industry, a multi-disciplinary high-tech industry. The servo system products are with high technical content, and strongly professional, and widely used, which technological progress is the important role in promoting the improvement and development of China’s equipment manufacturing industry as well as the industrial level.Currently, AC servo control technology is the direction of the great efforts to develop new technologies in the field of servo system, and also in many industries has been widely used, one of the most typical application is in CNC machine tools, large-scale printing equipment, metal forming machines, industrial robots, automation and textile industries. Although the article is a marketing strategy on its own servo system according to the WX company’s actual situation, but through this analysis and research on domestic servo system business development and marketing strategy formulation also has a certain reference value.The purpose of this study is based on the actual work, to do the analysis and formulation of the overall marketing strategy for the WX company servo system products. The full text of the basic idea is started from the macro environment at home and abroad to the company’s internal micro-environment analysis, using the PEST, five forces model, SWOT,4Ps and other classic marketing tools, WX company’s strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, capacity and the lack of unfolding. Servo system industry development and trends in the overall analysis of the external environment of the servo system industry inquiry found. Then carefully and in-depth analysis of the WX company’s internal environment, so that we more clearly understand the problems, but also clearly know that they have the ability and advantages. Through further analysis of the WX company competitive strategy and a clear choice of the target market, the specific detail from four aspects of product marketing strategy, price marketing strategies described the formulation of marketing strategy of the WX company servo system.
