| In recent years, many enterprises in our country have adopted flexible work arrangement, especially in the marketing field, the application is earlier and more popular. The traditional fixed work schedules force each marketing staff to work according to the same modes, which is rigid and can’t synchronize with customer inquires, that unable to achieve the maximum efficiency of each marketing staff. This schedules can’t adapt the marketing requirement of " Customer-centric, results-oriented approach". From this view of point, flexible work arrangement pay attention to the customer’s demand and allow the employees to work flexible or unusual hours in the right way. Flexible work arrangement tends to have positive health effect, more and more enterprise benefit from this policy. Now, flexible schedule have become more popular in marketing fields, many management experts have reported their research results on flexible arrangement from different perspectives and a lot of the literature have appeared, but the research on "how to applicate the flexible arrangement in marketing field" is less reported.In this work, through interviews mode, we have visited the ten enterprises executives and know about the running mode of flexible arrangement in their enterprises. Starting from the role and significance of flexible arrangement in marketing management, we firstly introduce its’importance in modern marketing and related concepts in marketing fields. Then the relevant theory and literatures have been reviewed in this article. In the core sections, we interview ten enterprises in the marketing fields on the application of flexible arrangement, describe the operating details in their enterprises. The advantages and existing problem have been analysized from different viewpoints, the existing problems have been diagnosed. Based on the conditions of this10enterprises, we put forward the existed universal problems, and give the corresponding countermeasure. Finally, we put forward how to carry out the scientific, reasonable and tailored flexible arrangement adapted to the circumstance of the enterprise and marketing management applications. Thus, practical flexible work practices can help to improve business marketing performance. |
