With the development of economic globalization, the increasingly fiercecompetition between enterprises, in order to win in the competition, we must continueto increase product development investment, improve the core competitiveness.Product development often have a high failure rate, the cost of features. In order toavoid the risk of new product development, effective and rapid management of R&Dprocess, the vast majority of development work have to import a project managementmodel.Degree of specialization of enterprises constantly improve, the product’s supplychain are becoming increasingly complex. The engineering change is no longer thething of a single enterprise-house production department, you need suppliers,manufacturers and customers to collaborate. Change management became an actualindependence, from the product development project into an independent run, not toduplicate product events.Change management in the entire production supply chain plays an important rolein ensuring that the products in continuous production to switch from the old versionto the new version, to meet the requirements in time, quality, and cost. Changemanagement has become an important engineering services, to become one of theindicators of the customers in the evaluation of the vendor ability.Reference to the concept of project management, change management contentdecomposition of the EC information collected, the EC assessment, define the ECswitch plans, EC implementation and control and the EC closed, the five basic work.In the five change management work described, this paper will seize four of thenine areas of project management, which are closely related to the EC, time, cost,quality and scope, to analysis and study. Considering the actual situation of Fcompany E divison, this paper changes the EC into processes+standard+formmode to facilitate the actual implementation of the enterprise.This paper complements the theory of project management, change management,and provide the operation reference for the manufacturing enterprises.
