Study On Adjusting And Optimizing The Second Industrial Structure Of Bohai Region

The rationality of region industry structure is the key factor which relates to therapid development of China’s economy．Now Bohai region is the third increase poleafer the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta，it has great development potentialand important strategy significance．The secondary industry structure is the dominantindustry in the Bohai region．But for now，the second industrial structure of thisregion is not rational，it has restricted the rapid development of the region’seconomy．And in the12th Five-Year Plan，it is strongly advocated to optimize theindustrial structure and to change the mode of economic development．Therefore，under this background，it is timely and necessary to research and analysis the statusquo of industrial structure of the Bohai region，and explore the operating mechanismof adjustment．On one hand，it must be benefit to the intra-regional industrial structuretheory．On the other hand，the research about adjustment and optimization of theBohai region will provide feasibility for the adjustment in the future．The first chapter of this paper expounds the research background，significance，the present research situation， the innovation points etc； The second chaptersummarizes the related concepts and theories of area industrial structure adjustmentand optimization；The third chapter analyses the general situation of the secondindustrial structure of Bohai region，and then from the second industry productionvalue structure， the second industry internal structure， the second industryemployment structure，the second industry contribution to economic growth andsustainable development to make a careful analysis；The fourth chapter from mining，manufacturing，power，gas and water production and supply industry these fouraspects to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the Bohai region’s secondindustry；The fifth chapter in reference to the industial structure adjustments of UnitedStates and Japan，bases on the problems of Bohai region’s second industry，putsforward some adjustment and optimization countermeasures and measures．In this paper，the three provinces in the bohai sea as a whole area，based on theindustrial structure evolution and adjustment optimization theory，relates with theeconomic development hot spots and regional economic development direction，usingqualitative and quantitative methods to systematic analysis of the secondary industryof the Bohai region．...
