The current business competition is nothing more than a talent competition, still morea competition of employees‘innovative ability (behavior). Throughout the extensivediscussion of innovation, we found that corporate cultures differ among differentorganizations as a result of the diverse cultural traditions of the nations. With a longConfucian history and cultural legacies, China‘s corporate employees have differentcharacteristics from those in western countries. This gives specialty and particularity todomestic employees other than their western counterparts in the process of innovation.Based on Predecessors’ research of Chinese employee‘s characteristics Consciousness of Social Face‘with two dimension of Gain Face and Lose Face, my studyuse demonstration research method to uncover the influence on employee innovationbehavior‘by the two dimensions of Gain Face and Lose Face and the accommodation ofencourage innovation atmosphere.I consulted predecessor‘s research measurement data, making the questionnaire,collecting real sample data from MBA schoolmates; summarize those data for multivariateregression analysis by SPSS software. I use above data analysis to verify my assumption,Finally, I get research conclusion:(1). The employee like Gain Face‘behaves with moreInnovation.(2). The employee worried Lose Face‘has no correlation ship withinnovation behavior.(3). The encourage innovation atmosphere will enhance theemployee who likes Gains Face‘.Hope my research conclusion can help enterprise manager to pay more attention to Chinese employee‘s specific characteristics and assign tasks accordingly. For theemployees who like Gain Face‘, job autonomy is valued; manager can assign thechallenging jobs to them such as sales, public relations, research and development. For theemployees who worried Lost Face‘, they are good performer; so manager can assign theroutine jobs such as financial position and quality assurance. In addition, encourageinnovation atmosphere in the enterprise can motivate those who like Gain Face‘, and itwill improve enterprise innovation performance to promote competitive capacity.
