With the development of modern society, diversified product is much more popularthan simplex standard product, which used to be the main stream of market.Obviously mass production on less type production can bring the enterprise muchmore efficient and lower cost. But the case has changed that the diversification will bringthe manufacture big change on inventory control. Meanwhile as the tier1supplier of thetotal supplier chain, the JIT methods, which is required by the OEM, cannot be appliedonto the upstream supplier because its lower capacity on inventory control. It is a bigchallenge to optimize the internal inventory so as to reduce the related cost.We can arrive at the assumed demand by analysis on customer forecast, get the keycharacter of the inventory part by data mining, and category classification. By theoptimization of existing model, such as single stage stochastic demand inventory system,we will try to find the balance between mass production, service rate, inventory cost anddynamic inventory status monitoring. The inventor cost will be optimized and reduced bysuch analysis.
