After that, this thesis gave an example to explain thecurrent issue.Finally, this thesis analyzes the problem based on the existing problemsin a given improvement program, including improvements in R&Dmanagement, project organization structure of the re-design, theestablishment of supplier evaluation system and supply chain control, andpersonnel incentive structure has been established.Increasingly changing world economic environment, many foreignenterprises to enter China for the market, China’s enterprises are facing morefierce competition. In this context, Demag Cranes company’s R&Dmanagement experience is worthy of our crane company, and even learn fromconstruction machinery companies.
