Research On Service Outsourcing Influential Factors In Shandong Province

With the development of information technology and the advance ofeconomic globalization, outsourcing industrial chain extends worldwide.China is now facing the problem of the economic slowdown andadjustment of industrial structure.it’s an important symbol of estimating acountry’s successful economic transformation to effectively undertakeservice outsourcing from developed countries. Starting from the problemsof development of service outsourcing in Shandong Province and theunique location advantage, this paper use the method of combiningtheoretical analysis and empirical analysis to deconstruct the problemfaced by the Shandong Province in the development of serviceoutsourcing,specifically analyzing the factors affecting the outsourcing ofShandong Province, in order to find service outsourcing model forShandong Province and to improve the effective use of resources invested.The first chapter summarizes the motivation, the impact factor, theeconomic effect and empirical research, the research literature of serviceoutsourcing of domestic and foreign scholars.on the second chapter ofthis article, from two perspectives of economics, management science,itsummarizes the theoretical basis of service outsourcing development;Chapter III summarizes the status of development of service outsourcingin China and Shandong, and describes the advantages and problems facedby the Shandong Province in the process of undertaking service outsourcing which has both positive and negative aspects; Chapter fourdefinitely analyzes the degree of influence of various factors on theamount of outsourcing by empirical test methods; Chapter V summarizesthe conclusions of this paper and try to make relevant policyrecommendations. And eventually concluded that: from the coefficientof elasticity of each factor relative to the size of the market factors,Shandong Province should increase investment in technology andsupporting facilities; improve the relevant services outsourcing supportpolicies and provide policy support for the development of serviceoutsourcing in Shandong Province. The Government should activelysupport joint R&D between universities and enterprises, training thetalents of skilled business skills and solid theoretical foundation.
