Multiple attribute comprehensive evaluation plays an important role in the field ofmanagement science and engineering, which has become the indispensable and importantcontent of the economic management, industrial engineering and decision making, etc. Andit has great practical value and broad application prospect. It is an objective, fair andreasonable comprehensive evaluation to the evaluation objects, whose evaluation methodhas hundreds of species. But choosing different methods is actually evaluating fromdifferent angles, so the conclusions drawn from different angles are often not thesame.Therefore, if only using one method to evaluate, the result is hard to be convinced. Inrecent years, combination evaluation has been put forward, the thinking of which is acombination of all kinds of single evaluation method in order to achieve the effect ofcomplementing each other.With the deepening of the research, the process in combination evaluation idea alsohas some problems. This thesis analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two kindsof combination ideas: the combination of value and weight.Then it summarized sevenconsiderable problems in the current research of combination evaluation methods and gotthe conclusion that the value of the combination is better than the weight of thecombination. Later, according to the evaluation issues that the weight is too single to reflectthe contribution of single evaluation method to the combination evaluation, the result valueis close to each other, and the fairness of evaluation methods selection has been doubted,this thesis puts forward an idea that adds the thinking of maximizing the deviation into thecombination evaluation and combines the value of different single evaluation methods.Then apply this idea into the practice that evaluate the main economic benefits of all theindustrial enterprises above designated size in every area. Each example selects theprincipal component analysis method, the method of entropy and factor analysis method torespectively evaluate, and the values are combined by the idea of maximizing deviations.The thesis finally analysis inspection and determination effect of evaluation methods,proposes the use of combination error square as a measure of the effect of combinedstandard, and solve the errors of the old methods that the effect mechanism exists deviationin determine combination evaluation. Then it is used to measure the combination evaluationmethod based on maximizing deviations, average method and fuzzy Borda method.According to the reality, it proves that the combination evaluation method based onmaximizing deviations has the best effect. |
