With the development of economic and social progress, the enterprises ofdomestic and the foreign pay more and more attention to the function of thetalent.To this end,the companies are explore effective ways to motivate employees.In a number of incentives, remuneration incentives is one of the most effectiveway.The salary incentive,employee to satisfaction and scholars focus of concern.Because the pay satisfaction of staff with the degree are not only directly affectemployee working attitude and work efficiency,and even influence the existenceand development of the organization.Taking China’s rural credit cooperatives as the research object, this paperanalysis the employees’ pay satisfaction and its influencing factors in the empiricalAngle, so as to put forward advice to improve rural credit cooperatives of employeesatisfaction degree,and promote the healthy development of China’s rural creditcooperatives.The work of this paper includes the following aspects:Firstly,this paper brief introduction the research background, purpose andmeaning,and the present study status of foreign Settings;Secondly,define therelevant concepts,and introduction the theory briefly;Once again,China’s rural creditcooperatives focuses on analyzing the influence factors of the satisfaction degree ofthe employee,through the screening,the selection of employee compensation,fairperception,working characteristics,performance appraisal the four primary indexand dominant and recessive pay salary of twelve level2measurement index,asanalysis of the satisfaction degree of the rural credit cooperatives employeeinfluencing factors;Fourth,in case of AQ rural credit cooperatives,this paperattempted to use structural equation model on the empirical study on the influencefactors of rural credit cooperatives employee,obtained the conclusion: the employeecompensation,fair perception,working characteristics,performance appraisal thisfour factors and pay satisfaction has positive relationship,and put forward relevantpolicy suggestions;Finally,summarized this paper and points out the deficiencyand further research direction.
