Study On China ’s Communication Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises Of International Business Project Selection

As China’s sustained and stable economic development, International Entrepreneurshipis growing vigorously. International entrepreneurship has a complex and high-riskcharacteristics, therefore, research about the process standardization and project selectionmethod has made a lot of sense. Communications equipment manufacturing industry is animportant high-tech industry in China, Enterprise international business have their ownunique characteristicsIn this article, Firstly, made a brief overview of the research status of internationalentrepreneurship, and analyzed the degree of internationalization of the industry. And then,according to the international business process, design the communication equipmentmanufacturing industry international business processes. Based on the process analyzed theinternational business links, Summed up the difficult that enterprise to carry on theinternational faced. As project selection is the key links in the process of internationalentrepreneurial, this paper according to the project selection basic theory, and put AHPintroduced to the project selection system. This article used a combination of qualitativeanalysis and quantitative analysis methods, international entrepreneurship factors wereanalyzed. Project selection system is composed by macro-environment subsystem the projectpotential subsystem and enterprise comprehensive strength subsystem. This paper used expertinterview, questionnaire and other ways to achieve data, get the weights. And the conclusionon the weight distribution is comprehensive strength enterprise0.67, project potential0.22,and0.11macro environment. The last, this paper summarized the problems that encounteredin international entrepreneurship, combined with t the results of the weight distribution,proposed the solution strategy from the enterprise and government two levels.
