The employment of college students is one of the most emergent social problems in China since the application of the "Reform and Opening"policy. Neither sdudents from "985,211" institutions nor other kinds college students, are all facing intense competitive environment. The demands of recruitment in many companies has grown from a single job requirements rose to involve height, appearance, residence registration, enrollment levels, which makes a lot of students in ordinary institutions or private institutions in a relatively awkward position. Thus, consider that the country is now encourage the college students to self-employment, I will try to explore how to run a cosmetic store on-line to make a living.The theoretical basis of this article comes from the the classic tools of decision-making:"Game Theory", combined with the Management Theory. Analysis were built on the basis of qualitative and quantitative ways. And this article also gives different paticipators’ game theory model in the shop operation process and exemplified them.Then it make different game strategies at different game stages.A total of six chapters in the article, the first part is the introduction:contains targets, research background, significance, the dynamics of domestic and international research, study content, methods and technological paths. The second part tells about the shop operation’s environment:present status, develope trend and its main problems. The third part discusses the applicability of the Game Theory using on the operation of on-line cosmetic store. First, it introduces the basic concepts, the basic classification and course of development of Game Theory. Secondly, it analysis the applicability of Game Theory using on the shop operating strategy. Finally, by statistical analysis of data on the "Taobao.com" combine with"Clever Pig Game" model and customers’taste to determine the flagship product. The core part of this article introduces the game theory models according to different stages and give relevant examples. The first stage is the price game between the shop owner and its goods supplier, then use the methods of qualitative analysis to determine the order batch. The second stage is the game between the shop owner and its competitors:contains the product pricing game and product promotion game, and then, use the "Prisoner’s Dilemma" to illustrates that the take of low-price competition strategy will result in a lose-lose to both shop owner and its competitor, and then use the payoff matrix to analysis whether shop owner and its competitor need to take innovative ways to attract more customers. The third stage is the game between the shop owner and its customers:contains price game and after-sale product quality game between shop owner and its customers. The fourth stage is the game between the shop owners and its employees, contains wage game between shop owner and its prospective employees, and work efficiency game between shop owner and its existing staff. The final stage is the mix strategic tax game between the shop owners and the government. At last, use of specific examples to state the above models. The last part is the conclusion:evaluate the value of this article and offers the outlook of this study.
