At present, as China is in the important stage of industrialization and industrial structure adjustment,energy demand are increasing, and has become the world’s second largest energy consumer. With the rapid growth in energy consumption, how to develop the energy industry and keep the energy resources supply sustainably, become a key problem. But the energy industry development, the energy output growth, efficiency improvement and keep energy-sustainable, requires a lot of money, financial must provide funds for the energy industry development.The first performance of financial support the energy industry development is financing, financing structure will affect the output of the energy industry, the production efficiency and sustainable problem. Different financing channels results different effect, for example, the support, supervision and guidance is not the same. Based on the above problems, this article is to study the energy financing problems, making clear of the impacts of financing structure on the energy industry development, exploring the correct way to optimize energy finance structure, in order to make investment and financing for energy industry more effectively, to guide the capital into higher efficiency and sustainable development of the energy industry, realize resource allocation optimization.Specifically, this article begins from the present situation and features of financing structure in the domestic energy industry, with financial economic theory as a guide, making theoretical and empirical analysis on how the financing structure affects the development of energy industry, absorbing in the experience of the energy industry in foreign country, according to our country’s existing concrete problems, put forward the suggestions and new channels of financing to improve energy finance. Make a comprehensive understanding and definition of the financing structure and the energy industry development; We start from the theory of financial support to research the idea related this paper. Mainly describes the energy industry financing conditions and current developing situation of our country’s energy industry, and points out that financing structure problems existing in the energy industry.The third chapter, theoretical analysis on how the finance structure of energy industry affects the development of energy industry. We make a research on the effect mechanism of the financing structure on the energy industry, which provides the theoretical guidance for studying the relation between financing structure and the sustainable development of energy industry.The fourth chapter, empirical analysis on how the finance structure of energy industry affects the development of energy industry.
