Power System Boundary Adjustment Of Separation "net Sales" Project Research

Power system is an instantaneous whole from production to transmission andthen use, however, the world, including China means the introduction of competitionin the electricity industry for the three aspects of separation. The key point is thatthrough the power system characteristics and the world power industry reform, Ibelieve that to solve this contradiction of the indivisibility of the power system andthe operating entity needs separation: monopoly boundaries of the electric powerindustry to make adjustments, so that power separation of the transmission networkand the operating entity of the sale of electricity to establish an open grid. The projectof this study from the perspective of power system operation of law and naturalmonopoly theory, analysis of the boundary of the power industry, natural monopolybusiness and non-monopoly business, then draw on the world market-orientedreforms of practical experience, analysis of power grid transmission services andpower sales how to isolate and operation, and finally the analysis of China’s electricityreform process and power industry development status on the basis of the powersystem grid separation of transmission business and electricity sales business program.Grid enterprises are no longer as the buyers of electricity, but as the transmissionservice provider, making it impossible to monopoly power up downstream extension,thereby reducing the monopoly of the electricity industry as a whole. Project of thisstudy provide a reference of China’s electricity market reforms.
