Currently, Chinese state-owned commercial Banks face lots of challenges from other banks.The era of dominating the domestic banking market share for the Chinese state-owned commercial Banks had past. Against the increasing severe competition,Chinese state-owned commercial banks should think about how to maximizing the stable market share.lt largely depends on the transformation of the management concept:"Treating customers as the center, Taking the market as orientation". At present, Chinese state-owned commercial bank still have the most quantity of the sub-branch and personnel.The only way to achieve the purpose of transition for the sub-branch is turning the sub-branch type" treating products as the center, providing no different service" into "treating customers as the center, dividing customers into several stratifications, focusing on developing middle and high customers, selling key products,paying more attention to the service benefit of sub-branch marketing",promoting the direct marketing and information collection, improving the counter personnel’s ability of creating value,and enhancing service level,employees’satisfaction,customers’satisfaction,.This article compares the current situation of the contrastive development between domestic commercial banks and foreign commercial banks, combined with domestic commercial Banks transition of private banking outlets.This article makes a research on Chinses state-owned commercial Banks in order to make some suggestions to Chinese state-owned commercial Banks transition of company bankingoutlets.first chapter describes domestic and foreign commercial banks’s present situation of company bankingoutlets, analysing the different management which bring the distinct effect.The second chapter describes Chinese state-owned commercial bank’s private and company bankingoutlets,finding out the difference between each other.The third chapter makes a deep research on the transition of Chinese state-owned commercial Banks’s company bankingoutlets.Firstly it analyzes the goal of transition of the company bankingoutlets.Secondly, it proposes the targets and measures of Chinese state-owned commercial banks’s company bankingoutlets.The fourth chapter is basical on exemplificative analysis, making suggestion on the transition of operate banking outlets for Bank of China, and giving some methods on reengineering the process reengineerin.
