Research On Utilization Of Centralized Funds Management In Sinopec Group

As the adjustment and development of economy and industry it has important meaning and value to establish the system of funds management for development of core competitiveness and coming true of development strategies. Sinopec Group is a company of Petroleum Enterprises which has being played important role in the development of economy. As the scale of Sinopec Group the financial management and risk control become the main content. Funds management is the important content of financial management so it is necessary to look for new model of funds management. Financial company is more suitable for funds management need of Sinopec Group.This paper has been divided into six parts:the first part mainly does introduction to the research background and purpose; the second part is the introduction of financial company theory; the third part analyze the living problem of funds management in Sinopec Group and offer the financial company is suitable for Sinopec Group; the fourth part analyze the target and principle of financial company; the fifth part does evaluation of effect of financial company. The sixth part offers some value suggestion for better complication of financial company in the funds management of Sinopec Group.
