Chinese Industrial Investment Fund’s Risk Research

With China’s economic development, the growth of high-tech industries and new energy industry are gradually added into one of the basic growing key driven by force. However, these leading scientific research and technology industries are to the forefront of industry development, which of large-scale labor costs but require massive upfront capital investment. China’s industrial investment funds are also coming into being at this time. Industrial investment funds in China’s major investment in unlisted companies, its size and function are still with the development of society and needing the new definition. Therefore, the mode of operation and characteristics of the system inspection in industrial investment funds, objective evaluation of China’s industrial investment in the Fund’s risk control capability, and the exploration of industrial investment funds’ management, and the regulatory issues, all has great theoretical and practical significances.Firstly, we show a more detailed introduction about industrial investment funds’ concepts and the way they operate it. From a micro and macro perspective views, we discuss the operations of the Industrial Investment Funds, this may be worth being adopted by some follow-up Funds. As a strong hematopoietic tools high-frequency used in the production areas, Industry Investment Funds has got the rapid developments in recent years and would continue to penetrate from the capital market to the source of various industries. And this series of process is the key point research of this paper. Next, it makes an integrated use of the statistical methods, empirical analysis, sample cases, and the analytical basis of the existing industrial investment funds operating mode, builds a preliminary model of industrial investment funds risk control. Finally, the paper verifies that there are still problems and deficiencies in the funds’ investment. Compared with foreign practices and the national situation, we give advice to improve risk-measuring capability of the industrial investment funds, and advance of the whole industry of investment funds, which provided by the relevant policy recommendations.
