With the deeply reform of service-oriented government, the government’s governing idea contains more and more thoughts about "People-oriented, public service", so, this requires that government must turn the value of service to social public in interest game. In the background of our country’s urbanization continuously advancing, a large number of peasants going into the cities, it is important to our social public interests which peasants in cities can be successfully employment. Because lack of musty knowledge and kills about work, peasants are always weaker in the searching jobs. So, it is the key to improve peasants’skills in searching jobs and some training about searching jobs are important. So, the author selects interests related with migrant workers’public employment training field as the research object.Since the1960s, as an assessment tool, Customer satisfaction is used various commercial fields, especially the domain of public service. This tool to find and improve the service has an important role, but the public satisfaction theory is not applied in public employment training issues research. So, this author will base on the public satisfaction theory to do a tentative empirical research about the migrant workers’public employment training problems in China.Generally, this paper has seven parts.Chapter One is the introduction which contains paper’s background, theoretical and realistic significance, research methods and research framework.Chapter Two is the related theory and literature review. Author points out concept definition about Migrant workers, Public employment training, Customer satisfaction and public satisfaction; the related basic theory is summarized; the model on customer satisfaction system is reviewed.Chapter Three is an overview of the training system about Migrant workers in China, it instructs mode, funding sources, training content, development and the institutional framework of the training system. Chapter Four is the building of evaluation models and development of evaluation index.Chapter Five is the empirical analysis. Firstly, a questionnaire design is discussed and the basic information of sample is statistic in this paper. Secondly, data will be analyzed by SPSS16.0, including the Reliability and Validity analysis, basic descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and gap measure analysis.Chapter six is countermeasures and suggestions of Migrant workers public employment training system which Based on the public satisfaction assessment results.Chapter seven is summary which contains conclusions and shortages in this paper, the direction of future development.
