A Study On The Risk Analysis And Tactics Of Sichuan Polysilicon Industry

Since2004, the world set off a wave of photovoltaic generation applications, polysilicon as a main raw material for photovoltaic cells has been got tremendous growth opportunities, but, polysilicon industry is an intensive capital and tech-nology industry, which may lead companies and investors who enter the field of polysilicon production will face a variety of risks and uncertainties.Sichuan Province as one of China’s important polysilicon production base, the polysilicon industry also facing the risks with internal and external environmental changes. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to research the risk factors that the polysilicon industry is facing, to make effective policy measures to avoid and prevent risks.The theme of this paper is the industry risks of polysilicon industry of Sichuan Province. Through recognizing the main risk factors that Sichuan polysilicon industry is facing, to analyze how to solve and avoid these risk factors on the development of the polysilicon industry. It includes four parts:theoretical review, the development and trends of Sichuan and China and Global, empirical research and conclusionIn the part of the theory, based on the research of domestic and international experts on risks, industry risks, industry risk transfer mechanisms, project risk evaluation system, this paper constructed risk assessment system of Sichuan polysilicon industry.In the second part, based on available information the paper firstly analysis and studies the development and trends of polysilicon industry at home and abroad. Secondly, this paper makes a brief introduction of the history and development of Sichuan polysilicon industry. Finally, analysis the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Sichuan polysilicon industry through SWOT model. In the part of empirical research, firstly, this paper constructed a risk evaluation system of10level I risk factors with43level Ⅱ risk factors of Sichuan polysilicon industry. The second stage is the stage of research questionnaires aiming at questionnaire survey of polysilicon industry in Sichuan, and we get the production and management material of one typical enterprise of Sichuan Province. The third stage is the data processing and statistical analysis. From the statistical results, technical risk, policy risk and cost risk are the main risks that Sichuan polysilicon industry faced.In the part of measures, this paper proposed that Sichuan polysilicon industry should from technical, investment and financing syetem, energy supply and other aspects to avoid the risks.
