Banking industry of China has grown by leaps and bounds in recent years, four state-owned commercial banks successfully listed in Shanghai and Hong Kong stock market. They get rid of a heavy historical burden and are easier to move forward. Banking industry of China seize this rare opportunity, within a few short years has made remarkable achievements. But along with the further opening of China’s banking industry, the domestic banking industry is facing with more fierce competition. There is a big gap particularly in customer service and business processes compared with the European and American banks in developed countries. How to win the competition, the domestic commercial banks should learn advanced customer service and business processes experience from foreign ones and combine with the real situation of China. Through the above measures, the commercial banks improve the core competitiveness constantly and lead an innovative way of customer services and business processing.This article is based on the original data warehouse of domestic banks to calculate the value of customer contribution to the bank, and then use the K-MEANS average customer classification statistics, in order to achieve the grading of bank customers. Customer classification integration with the called machine system, build the set for the bank branch customer support services system. The system which is a breakthrough uses to transform the bank business processes and also uses to adjust and optimize human resource to raise the overall level of service and marketing. The system not only to achieve the bank to provide priority service based on customer rating, avoid queuing services, but alsoidentify the identity of their customers, provide marketing guidance formarketers real-time information, and online banking make an appointmentand wait in line for high-end customers. The system uses bank intelligentcall queuing unit as the terminal, relies on data mining system andintegrates with other applications, build a set-oriented bank customersupport services system.
