| In sichuan province,nowadays there are14sodium sulphate production enterprises,and the yield of sodium sulphate is more than other provinces of China.With the rapid development of the sodium sulphate production enterprises in Jiangsu, Hunan and other places and the persisting weaken on market demand by the financial crisis in recent years, over capacity and the pattern of disorderly competition are appearing in the sodium sulphate industry,it has great economical and social meaning to improve resource’s utilization efficiency by industry consolidation.As one of the sodium sulphate superior enterprises in Sichuan,CM company has adopting the way of mergering other sodium sulphate enterprises to implement its development strategy of integrating the sodium sulfate resource in Sichuan in recent years.But the program did not bring the enterprise operating synergies.The author hope that it can establish a favorable program for sodium sulfate’s integrating through this research.Industry environment of CM company to integrate the implementation of the strategy is important, In this paper,it has analyzed the Integration program of CM company with the SWOT analysis on the basis of the new paradigm of the SCP strategic industry analysis and the external environment PEST analysis. The author believes that market structure of excessive competition in sodium sulfate industry lead to the race to the bottom and disorderly competition between sodium sulphate industry,and it has a great positive significance to integrate the sodium sulphate industry in Sichuan by CM company.But it can not change the pattern of disorderly competition through integration.The company should take a horizontal alliance integration to carry out the industry’s consolidation,and to build a strategic alliance with the main body of CM company.It has made recommendations on the implementation of the strategic alliance, and how to play the role of government and industry associations in the integration. |
