| Since the foundation of Shenzhen GEM (growth enterprise market),China has seenrapid growth in captital market. But over3years, we saw a lot of disturbance and turmoilin the GEM. All these abnormals will negtatively impact on the development in market ofcapitalism. Howere, all enterprises are industrial-commercial entities in the business inChina. The operation and the performance both leave significant impact on thestakeholders. From the perspective of CSR, an enterprise is really constuctive to theeconomy when it reachs the standards of the CSR because of its gauge of relevant aspectsof the contributions. So, the model of CSR model is adopted to asess the CSR-basedperformace as factors determining the Corporate Value in postive analysis. The analysisis based on the finacial statement of the floated enterprises in GEM, inducing therelevance between the CSR factors and the corporate value based on capitalismperspective of corporation value theory. Hereby, conclusion that the componens of CSRwill contribustes positively to the Corporation Value of GEM-listed company while otherfactors cann’t resulting the relevance based the available data are drawn to the reality ofGEM market in China. Hence we point out the pluses and minuses and the relativesuggestion for the further study on this subjects.Hereby, we do our analysis quantative indicator of corporate CSR and corporatevalue system. The establishment of these two indicator system come out of thestakeholder perpective. The Corporate CSR is factored the componenace ofstakeholder,supplier,comsumer,employee,govement. The indicators are establishedaccording to the perctive of all these factors according the stakdholder sorting methodsadopted in the related literature. However, the indicator of Corporate Value establishmentcomes out of creation from the related literature. the essence of the quantitatised methodis armed to measure what the extence and the precision in order to facilitate thefollow-up.Based on these indicators we can analysd in quantitative way combining withthe literature study.As far the related study on GEM listed concerned, the CSR carried on in China issurely linked to the value of the company. Hereby, based on the quantitative analysis. We can conlude that the CSR carried on comsumer by GEM listed is negatively linked to thevalue of the company. The other factors adhere to the consensus of other scholars.Thereafter, some normal explanation are added in addition with related advice on how toimprove the performance of CSR and the Corporate value. |
