| In China, the study of Quality Management in surveying industry has only a short history. Though more and more Surveying units built their quality management system according to standards of ISO9000, lots of them did not reach their goal, and still have one weak link in research and application of rural cadastral property surveying projects’Quality Guarantee System. Along with our country reform of rural property further, large-scale rural cadastral property surveying projects nationwide spread out stage by stage. Compared to urban one, rural cadastral property surveying projects is more complicated, the mapping product quality requirements get higher. Therefore, we must explore the rural cadastral property surveying projects quality management model, to improve the rural cadastral property surveying project work efficiency and guarantee of rural cadastral property surveying projects quality results. And for this purpose, the dissertation is going to have a study of the Quality Guarantee System in the rural cadastral property surveying projects.First of all, the dissertation on the domestic and international Quality Guarantee System to study the current situation undertook comprehensive analysis, related theory and application in rural cadastral property surveying projects of the Quality Guarantee System are introduced; then the rural cadastral property surveying project quality security system of the status quo, existing problems were introduced, and analysed the causes of the problem. Finally, it put forward the components, operation mode and safeguard measures which used to ensure the quality management system effective of Quality Guarantee System about rural cadastral property surveying projects; It put forward the quality control methods of product’s forming process; It elaborate further with a example of Quality Guarantee System about rural cadastral property surveying projects in Pi county, Chengdu City to verify the scientific、 systemic and rationality of our research. |
