Weifang Economic Development Zone, New Residential Project Comprehensive Evaluation

As a result of the Reform and Opening up Policy, the developmentzone makes a leading role during the expanding and the upgrading ofthe industrial, especially for the promoting economic restructuring.One of the most important investigate project is the commercialresidential building projects. The comprehensive evaluation on theapartment in the development zone and the establishment of acomprehensive evaluation system for construction projects haspositive guidance and reference for the projects construction inother areas. This article tries to combine theory and research,qualitative research and quantitative research, it also summariesthe theory and experience from domestic and abroad. On this basis,it makes a targeted research of the model of residential buildingcomprehensive evaluation system in the development zone. In theresearch, it points out the problems existing in this section andanalyzes the causes so as to establish a new evaluation index systemand model on this basis.In arguing for the evaluation system of new built residentialbuildings, this article makes a detail introduction, focusing on thechoice of the evaluation indicators, the weight set and AHP numericalcomputing process. This evaluation index system makes up thedeficiencies of the existing evaluation system, while it also hasa sort of idea-green, environmentally friendly concept of the modernarchitecture with the features of being scientific, comprehensive, workable and practical.This article also makes the projects developed by Hongtai Housesas an example, using the newly established evaluation index system,from two aspects namely the qualitative analysis of six indictorsof infrastructure and quantitative analysis of the use of leveloperations to make an empirical test and it has got the comprehensiveevaluation results and test it successfully.Finally, this article also proposed the promotion measures of thecomprehensive evaluation system for the commercial residentialbuildings in Weifang Development Zone, focusing on the specificstrategy of the organizational management evaluation and the basicwork of data processing. Provide a reference method for theimplementation of the established evaluation system.
