Study On The Risk Management Of Project Of Qingzhou New West Loop Highway Construction

Same as other construction project， the highway construction project shallfaces various interferences and threats in its implementation process that bringsthe risks on achieving the desired goals in the aspects of cost， time functionand operational efficiency. The project of Qingzhou new west loop highwayconstruction is very meaningful for the economic development of Qingzhou，and the analysis and program design on the project risk management is thenecessary work for the project of Qingzhou new west loop highway construction.It is significant to study the risks of highway projects and propose the riskresponse strategy for the highway construction project due to the highwayconstruction project complicated features.Based on the analysis and research to the proposed program of the projectconstruction， the thesis study the risk factors of the project of Qingzhou newwest loop highway construction， identify the risk of the project and proposethe risk response strategy guided by the theories and methods of project riskmanagement.Mainly following aspects will be discussed， the qualitative study of therisk factors of the project and the risk identification; the quantitative study of theassessment of the risk of the project; the risk respond strategy for the projectbased on the project construction program and the environment of the projectimplementation. According to the analysis of the fundamental project riskrespond strategies such as the risk avoidance， risk transfer， risk mitigation，risk diversification and risk retention etc. the respond strategy fit the project ofQingzhou new west loop highway construction is proposed and the detail ofapplying the strategy is discussed. The aim of the thesis is to reduce the risklosses of the project and make sure the compliment of the project of Qingzhounew west loop highway construction.
