| Resource is the basic requirement for a country’s development, in today’s globalcompetition, the ownership and control of the resources has strategic significance.This study start from the benefit of the Chinese and Mongolia people, with theregional economic theory as the basis, the analysis the current situation of thedevelopment of trade and economic operation of Mongolia and be the us-chinaeconomic&trade relationship, be in the development and current situation of themineral cooperation, on the basis of mineral exploration and development inMongolia energy and by the energy of the mineral cooperative development problemis studied.First, this paper from the relations of supply and demand in the two countries to thecoal resources with the reality of the cooperative development needs, and then, thepaper analyzes the problems existed in the development of cooperation, and from thegovernment and enterprise two levels explain the causes of the problems; Finally, andgives practical solutions, which give the future of the two countries have areas ofcooperation in mineral resources provided important reference, this to broadennational energy resource development, strengthen supply by the two countries inenergy resources complementary to each other, improve Mongolia economic andtrade cooperation relationship is of great significance.The results showed that both countries have huge demand for coal resourcedevelopment cooperation, the coal resources development cooperation has a greatpotential, but problems still exist, there are both country and enterprise reasons. Coalresources in the development of cooperation, the two countries need to deepen inhumiliation in humiliation the understanding between the two sides and mutual trust,start with two countries in free trade to construction and actively carry out financing,and promote the development of coal resources in humiliation cooperation.
