The equipment manufacturing enterprise is very important to the national economic, andis an important economic entity which can absorb labors, promote employment and promotethe development of the economic. Heilongjiang Province, as one of the old industrial base,has perfect equipment manufacturing system which is a large-scale. As the governmentencourages enterprises to introduce and absorb technology, the equipment manufacturingenterprises which involve machine tools, bearings, power equipment, aircraft, automotive andinstruments, have developed rapidly. However, equipment manufacturing enterprises facemany problems and challenges. The enterprises’ TIDAR activities lack of supporting of theeffective information which is scattered, and the efficiency of the TIDAR activities are verylow. The TIDAR ability of the enterprise is difficult to improve. Therefore, in order to ensurethe TIDAR activity of the enterprise being efficient, the key is building TIDAR informationsupport system which can help enterprise make full use of TIDAR information and improvethe TIDAR ability.This article focuses on the building of the TIDAR information support system of theequipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province. The article generalizes andsummarizes the theory and conception of the TIDAR, and analyzes the effect of the TIDARinformation for building the TIDAR information support system. Firstly, the concept of theTIDAR is defined to analyze the effect of the information in the process of the TIDAR, and aTIDAR information exchange model is defined. The TIDAR information support system ofequipment manufacturing the enterprise is defined and current situation of the system and thesupport of the TIDAR information is analyzed. Secondly, the factors which can affect thebuilding of the TIDAR information support system are analyzed. Then, the TIDARinformation support system is built, and the hierarchy, functional framework and operatingstructure of the system are defined and analyzed. Thirdly, three equipment manufacturingenterprises in Heilongjiang Province are appraised to analyze the TIDAR informationsituation using the AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, the TIDARinformation support system measures are proposed for equipment manufacturing enterprisesin Heilongjiang Province. |
