National Economic Evaluation Research Of Reconstruction Project Of Anqiu Section On Xiaxiao Road

Highway construction has a vital role for the development of the national economy.Xiaxiao lane is the even three of Weifang10vertical and eight horizontal Six Ring， the onlyEast-west high-grade trunk road in Anqiu. This project (He Gezhuang Anqiu to RedShagou) is Secondary road，which was rebuilt in1999. The road has been used for a long timeand it is in bad conditions. The section through the urban has mixed traffic volume and moreinterference. It brings great pressure to the urban traffic of Anqiu. There are serious securityrisks that block the healthy growth of the sustained and stable economic. So it needsupgrading urgently. The research topic of this article is from evaluation of the project whichbenefits the national economy.This thesis is divided into5chapters. Chapter1mainly described the background andsignificance of the thesis and the current research of highway construction projects nationaleconomic performance evaluation at home and abroad. The paper puts forward the researchcontents and methods and innovative points. Chapter2introduced the general situation ofproject areas and construction plan and analyze the necessity of project construction. Chapter3is for the traffic generated forecast，the traffic distribution forecasting and prediction trafficdistribution according to the traffic forecast ideas， methods and procedures. In chapter4the author conducted a comprehensive analysis on the economic cost-benefit which Integratedthe project according to the evaluation of the basis and method to the National EconomicBenefit. The author evaluated the national economic benefits of the project comprehensivelyand drew a corresponding conclusion on the basis of the sensitivity analysis. Chapter5putsforward the effectiveness of targeted measures and recommendations on how to improve thenational economy of the project.This paper made a rearch on the evaluation methods of the project of national economicrelying on the renovation project of the road section of XiaXiaoRoad through Anqiu. It putforward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the nationaleconomy of the project.. It provided the guidance for the project’s decision–making and themethods for reference for other similar projects.
