Management made the most significant contribution to labor productivity inmanufacturing as much as50times in the20th century, while in the21st century, theenterprise knowledge-based employees are the organization’s most valuable assets, therebyincreasing the productivity of the enterprise knowledge-based employees is a majorchallenge in the21st century. According to the real statistics from human resourcepractitioners in Beijing, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Shanghai: the machinery manufacturingindustry accounted for48.88%after80employees; the real estate industry after80employees accounted for20.82%as much; the IT industry accounted for42.46%after80employees. Three different industries reflect the common characteristics of today’semployees age:80general accounted for nearly forty percent, more than half of high andsome companies even accounted for nearly90percent, more knowledge-based industries,the younger the workers. Thus, knowledge-based employees after80s have become thenew force of socialist construction. Improving their job involvement, has an important rolefor the survival and development of enterprise.The object of the study is knowledge-based employees after80s, to explore the impactof work values on job involvement. First comb the previous theoretical research, proposedresearch hypotheses; and then, through a questionnaire survey to collect relevant data, andthe use of statistical analysis of data to obtain demographic statistical variables and workvalues of each dimension to job involvement; Finally, the study proposed measures toimprove job involvement.In this study, the following conclusions:(1)The job involvement level of have significant differences on the part of thedemographic statistical variables.(2) Self-growth orientation, self-fulfillment orientation,dignity orientation, social interaction orientation, organizational security and economicorientation, leisure and health and traffic orientation of work values for knowledge-basedemployees after80s and job involvement have significant positive correlation.(3)Self-growth orientation, self-fulfillment orientation and dignity orientation of work valuesfor knowledge-based employees after80s, on the different dimensions of job involvementhave a significant impact and predictive power.
