The Research About The Construction Of Enterprise Trust

With the gradual establishment of the socialist market economy system of our county, enterprises are playing a more and more important part in the national economy, and its promoting effect on the construction of the harmonious socialist society is prominently protruding. However, during the transformation of Chinese society, in order to realize the maximization of their own economic interest, some enterprises in our country ignore their own social reponsibilities for other stakeholders in their producing and managing process, resulting frequent occurances of serious violations to the legitimate rights of other stakeholders and a series of social events. These social events have aroused widespread concern in the public and destoryed the good relationships of trust between enterprises and its stakeholders, putting enterprises into serious crisis of trust.From the point of view of stakeholders, the stakeholders of an enterprise can be divided into internal stakeholders (including management, general stuff, and stakeholders) and external stakeholders (including customers, government, and community). Accordingly, the trust relationship of an enterprise can be divided into two kinds: the internal trust relationship among the enterprise, stuff and stakeholders; and the external trust relationship among the enterprise, customers, government and community. Therefore, the crisis of trust can also be divided into two kinds—internal an external. Trust plays the role of "lubricant" in the producing and managing process of enterprise. It can reduce the transaction cost, increase the profits, enhance market competitiveness and realize the sustainable development of enterprise. As an important social orgnization, the good operation of enterprise could provide great motivity to the sustanable development of society, which benefits the building of socialist harmonious society of our country. So, it is very necessary to research the building of good trust relationship of enterprise. From the prospective of the social responsibility of enterprise, this thesis aims at researching the problem of the building of enterprise trust relationship and the approach to establishing it.
