The cost control of real estate developing is cost management that must be going, which basis the character of real estate developing and study the domestic real estate development status in quo and direction, in order to reduce the effect of out side to real estate and increase the core competitiveness of real estate. The cost management of real estate developing makes certain the direction of enterprise development, so fine and solve the problem in cost management coming into the first place. According to the content of cost management to enactment the cost target and automatically control calculate analysis then adjust the cost. Secondly we need integrated management system to finish design stage and then invite public bidding and purchase of the cost control process. The cost control of developing enhance the opportunity of success and the ability of withstand risk, reduce the blind invest of development, promote long term develop of this vacation, increase the economic benefit.
