First, M&A cultural integration theory is systematically researched andsummarized. And a previous study on mergers and acquisitions practice in the culturalintegration of some of the cases is been done. Then, in the context of Wal-MartM&ATrust-Mart, compared to both the different corporate culture and cultural differencesmanifested by the different organizational structures and operational processes, forexample the integration with Wal-Mart distribution center in Tianjin. Tianjin Logisticscenter’s success stories, introduce integrated steps, integrated analysis of the pros andcons. Ultimately, summed up a set for a similar form of enterprise logistics centers ororganizations. They can learn from each other and integrate into practice to get theirpurpose.This paper is mainly based on M&A culture integration theory. Domestic andforeign scholars do the research from the theory of cultural integration, strategic, culturalintegration model, the risk of cultural integration and cultural integration of theoperational performance of the mechanism. This paper will be through the integration ofthe theory on previous studies, to sum some simple guidelines of M&A integrationprocess.By the case of Wal-Mart integrated Trust-Mart in Tianjin, based on culturalintegration theory, from the different point such as operations, human resources,organizational structure, asset protection and regulatory, this paper refined the integrationof appropriate strategies and the integration of a variety of strong operational measures,which will has a strong practical significance to the same type of logistics centers.The integration programs which presented in this paper, is suit for the logisticscenter with a strong corporate culture to M&A the logistics center with a weak corporateculture.
