Hotel Staff Training Model Research Based On Project Management

This article proceeded from the Xinjiang hotel industry and the ML hotel’s actual condition, combined with the hotel industry development trend and change on the training requirements, Applied the modem project management knowledge hierarchy, synthesized the literature study, questionnaire survey and other research methods, worked out the questionnaire on the basis of the relevant information, through data collection and analysis, in terms of the problem about the hotel in training benefits did not get remarkable promotion and improvement, to explore how to improve hotel training course design and management through project management method, make training each process node visualization, achieve have identified clear objective of this paper is to study the problem.Aiming at this problem, this study uses project management theory and method, through to the analysis about the Xinjiang hotel industry training management of the general problems and the existing in the training and ML hotel management advantages and disadvantages, to ML hotel management from the needs analysis, design, implementation, supervision and assessment feedback and so on five important links in case study on hotel staff training analysis, build the project of hotel training management model. Research results showed that:the scientific use of the principle of project management, optimizing the structure, expanding the function, the establishment and improvement of hotel training system, promote employee occupation career planning, cultivate a high level and high quality of the hotel management and service staff, can improve the work efficiency. The results of this study combined with ML hotel to be verified in practice, summed up a series of universal principles and methods for training reference, make the training more scientific, normative, make training benefits are significant to improve and enhance.The study of innovation:the method innovation, the first, I attempt to bring the theories and methods of project management into the hotel management training project, systematic design of training activities and solve problems in the management of training process, improve the training situation, enhance the training effect and benefit.
