The Research Of The Whole Network Settlement System Of Post Enterprise Based On Informationization Conditions

China Post Group Corporation had been named as the world’s top500enterprises by Fortune magazine in2010and2011.With the development of information technology, the traditional civil letters gradually shrinking, Mail, billing, collecting payment, distribution and other emerging business gradually rise, the enterprise is facing intense internal and external competition。Response to this situation and characteristics, the establishment of an effective settlement of the whole network system is an effective way to solve the above problems. The whole network settlement can effectively suppress internal unhealthy competition, advance cost management, enhance the strength of the competitive business and improve operational efficiency.Since Posts and Telecommunications take sub-camp in1998,Postal enterprises started the road of information construction, a large number of systems such as Post business information systems, network transport system, volume and income systems have been built and put into use, this not only realized the network-based, centralized, and processes of business operation and management,but also collecting and accumulating a large number of postal services which laid a solid foundation for comprehensive and refinement of the settlement management.This paper through the analysis of postal enterprises and strategic planning, and the analysis of underlying reasons for postal companies can not promote the whole network freight clearing work, and based on system information, place important consideration on strategic planning, estimates the price of five business types of the domestic level letter, the domestic flat brush, domestic hanging letter, domestic hanging brush, domestic ordinary package and parts of interprovincial transit.Meanwhile, the paper summarizes the whole network freight settlement and points out the problems to which Postal Enterprises should pay attention while in the implementation of the whole network freight settlement, and gives the corresponding recommendations. Finally, the paper sums up the research work and points out the direction for further research.
