The current social and economic development the trend of globalization has become apparent, market competition also grows in intensity. This gives the market in each of the survival and development of enterprises has brought many uncertain factors. How to objectively analyze the enterprise environment, development goals, the integration of enterprise resources, do save, in this increasingly competitive business environment, give full play to the advantages of the enterprises themselves, and make the corresponding development tactics. This requires attention to enterprise strategic management.Along with China’s communications industry and the rapid development of communication carriers recombination, as assume communication network construction and maintenance of communications construction company, which is not only an opportunity, but also a challenge. The identification of the company in the development-of opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses, and to define the company’s competitive strategy and the construction of the implementation of the strategy management supporting system. Hope that through this strategy, the future for enterprises better and faster development through the layers of fog, find the way; at the same time, can also provide other communication of construction enterprises to establish and perfect the corporate competitive strategy system and provide reference.
