It is our inevitable choice for the development of China that we should perfect and make further reforms to not only the system but also the of agricultural land, which is now more filled with theory value and practical significance. In this paper, under the framework of the existing system, I will adopt the theories of allocation to market resource and property rights to make a qualitative analysis about the relationship between the degree of develop of agricultural land market and the development of agricultural industry, from which we can make a summary that it is necessary and rational to form the agricultural land market because agricultural development needs the circulation of agricultural land, on the other hand, the perfect agricultural land market can also promote the agricultural development. After taking a deep study in the successful experience from the overseas agricultural land markets and considering our country present feature and situation, we can find that we still have some problems like incompletely of market mechanism, outdated of system construction and so on. Besides the qualitative analysis I also use the theory of quantitative analysis and after combining these two indicators, what is more, through the comparing the different situations of Zhejiang and Gansu provinces, we can say that the construction of econometric model explains the degree of agricultural land circulation market promotes the agricultural development. Last but not least, I make recommendations to promote the degree of agricultural land market from the angle of perfecting land market, such as government playing the right role, strengthening the legal system, optimizing the external market and so on. |
