As the economical and social impetus, the level of high-tech development is the important indicator of a country’s economic competion. And the knowledge staff which have core techlowedge is the core factors for the development of high-tech enterprises. The study on incentive mechanism to knowledge staff from staff satisfaction’s angel have become the focus of the scholar’ study home and abroad.In this paper, the author surveied4high-tech enterprises,by Issuing questionnaires and E-mail.Through analysing the data, the author got the follow results,(1) the five demensions which the former scholars have used when they had investgated staff satisfaction, are also applicable to the knowledge staff in high-tech enterprises in Xi’an high-tech zone;(2)The average score of the knowledge staff satisfaction which in high-tech enterprises in Xi’an high-tech zone is3.404,which not reach the basic satisfaction(the score of the basic satisfaction is4).The main factors of influcing knowledge staff satisfaction in high-tech enterprise in Xi’an high-tech zone are:low payments and welfares, the mangement mode is not democratic enough, the enterprises don’t care the staff enough,the job matching degree is not high. Aiming at these problems, the author gave series of measures about improving the staff satisfaction in high-tech enterprise in Xi’an high-tech zone,thus,can incentive the knowledge staff effectively.
