This paper is based on the needs of constructing future core competitive advantage of Zhuzhou Municipal Construction Company, used modern theories and methods of performance management, intensively researched its status of implementation of performance management, and finally raised a complete solution for performance improvement for the organization in the future.This paper systematically introduces the performance management theory, clarify the current performance management, performance evaluation fuzzy and one-sided understanding; For the domestic construction industry application of performance assessment method has summarized; Of the balanced scorecard management theory and basic principle of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) explained.After in-depth analysis of the Zhuzhou Municipal Construction Co., Ltd based employee performance management situation, the position of the company’s corporate vision and goals, this paper determine the company’s strategy map, and through the organization and coordination approach, refines its strategic themes corresponding to the branches, functional departments and individual key performance indicators, and step by step break down to form the balanced scorecard at all levels, and finally using the AHP to determine the weight of each index, thus forming the comprehensive performance indicators system of Zhuzhou Municipal Construction Co., Ltd.In implementation process of the performance management system, through the detailed description of four-cycle, which are performance plan (Plan), performance guidance and feedback (Do), performance evaluation (Check), the application of performance results (Action), systematically showed that the performance management is a dynamic and continuous improvement of the management process and put forward methods and suggestions to improve the company’s performance management system.With the systematic research of ZhuZhou Municipal Construction Co., Ltd. performance management, this paper hopes to set up an example for exploring the human resources development and management of China’s construction industry. |
