Research On High-Efficiency-Scale Agricultural Zones In Tai Xing

Agriculture as the basis of national economy has been widespread concerned for its development has provided solid guarantee for the good and fast development of economic society. It is of significance in increased income of farmers、 rural stability and the new rural construction. High-efficiency-scale agriculture as the initial stage of modern agriculture can well satisfy the need of promoting agricultural development and increasing farmers’ income. Since2006, a set of high-efficiency-scale agricultural zones have been built in Tai xing which greatly promoting its agricultural development. However, some of them have difficulties in expanding scale and improving efficiency and exerting its demonstration effect. Therefore, research on this problem can bring realistic meaning for agricultural development.This paper takes new street agricultural zone as example. Through field investigation and concrete analysis, successful experience has been summarized. Using the theory of agricultural zone and agricultural industrialization, we analys the defects of its industrial structure organizational structure、 business philosophy、 mode of production、 technical support and input. Meanwhile, specific measures for rectifying defects and promoting development have been brought.This paper has brought forward some suggestions in order to make breakthrough in philosophy system、 mechanism and technology. First, the breakthrough of philosophy:solve sustainable development problem through developing high efficient agriculture; fundamentally change the mode of agricultural development through learning the philosophy of industrial development. At the same time, government also should change concepts. Second, the breakthrough of system:the focus is to push enterprises to agricultural zones. Third, the breakthrough of mechanism:through the operating mode of innovation government、 innovative input mechanism、 innovative operating mechanism、 orientation mechanism of innovative marketing、 innovative venture supportive mechanism and moderate scale business mode of innovative land, dynamic and high efficient operating mechanism has been constructed to completely solve the failure of government in managing zones. Forth, breakthrough of technology:make full use of its supportive role in developing zones.
